These terms govern your use of the Nasmat Etir website and WhatsApp assistant, and your purchases from Nasmat Etir, Kingdom of Bahrain. By using the site or messaging our WhatsApp number you accept them.

WhatsApp replies are generated automatically. The assistant answers common questions only; it does not take orders and cannot conclude a sale. It replies only after you message us and never starts a conversation. Automated answers are given in good faith but may be incomplete or out of date, and are not binding offers. Where an automated reply differs from what our staff tell you, our staff are correct. Send stop to end automated replies and start to resume them.

Our perfumes are concentrated blends inspired by well-known fragrances. They are our own products: they are not the original branded perfumes, are not produced by, affiliated with, or authorised by those brands, and are not sold as such. Brand names are used only to describe the character of a scent and remain the property of their owners.

Fragrance is subjective, and its performance varies with skin, weather, and storage. Testers are available in the shop — we encourage you to try before you buy.

A 50ml perfume is 3 BHD, the same price for every fragrance. Standing offer: 5 perfumes for 10 BHD including delivery. Prices are in Bahraini Dinars and may change without notice; the price shown when your order is confirmed applies.

We accept BenefitPay or cash on delivery — there is no online payment on this site. Delivery is 2 BHD, free above 10 BHD, within the Kingdom of Bahrain only, typically in 1–2 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Please tell us within 7 days of receiving it and keep the packaging.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of a perfume that has been used simply because you did not care for the scent — which is why testers are available in the shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please do not send abusive content, attempt to overload or disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. We apply a fair-use limit and may stop replying to a number that abuses the service.

The text and design of this website belong to Nasmat Etir and may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission.

Nothing here limits your rights under Bahraini consumer protection law. Subject to that, our liability arising from this site or the automated assistant is limited to the value of the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
