The only personal data we hold is your WhatsApp phone number. We never store the content of your messages, and the website itself collects nothing. Here are three ways to have your number removed.

Do nothing. Your number is deleted automatically 30 days after your last message to us.

Send stop to our WhatsApp number and the assistant will never message you again. This takes effect immediately.

Note this keeps a record of your number for one purpose only — remembering not to message you, as explained in the Privacy Policy. To erase the number entirely, use Option 3.

Email info@nasmatetir.com with the subject Data deletion request, from an address we can verify, including the WhatsApp number to remove. We will erase every record of that number and confirm within 30 days, free of charge.

Deleting the opt-out record means the assistant no longer knows to stay quiet, so it will reply again if you message us in future. We will point this out before acting on your request.

Your chat history lives on your own phone and on Meta's systems, not ours — deleting it there is separate. Delete the conversation in WhatsApp itself, and see Meta's privacy policy for their process.

You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
